This Privacy Policy describes how Mission Credible Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Georgia, USA, handles information in connection with the Ollama Mobile app ("App") and this website.

What we collect

We collect nothing. Ollama Mobile does not collect, transmit, store on our servers, or sell any personal data. The App is a client-only tool: it connects directly to Ollama endpoints you control and stores all data locally on your device.

There is no telemetry, analytics SDK, crash reporter, or advertising identifier built into the App. No data is sent to any server operated by Mission Credible Inc.

Where your data lives

All data you create in the App, conversations, prompts, and preferences, is written exclusively to your device's protected local storage. API keys are stored in the operating system's encrypted credential store (Keychain on iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android).

Nothing is synced to iCloud, Google Drive, or any third-party service. If your device is lost, replaced, or erased, this data cannot be recovered by us because we never had it.

Network connections

The App connects directly to the Ollama endpoint you configure. We are not a party to that communication. All traffic is subject to the privacy and security posture of the endpoint you chose:

Local network: Communication stays on your LAN. No data leaves your home or office network.
Ollama Cloud: Prompts and responses are sent over HTTPS directly to Ollama's servers. Review Ollama's privacy policy for details on how they handle that data.

Web search (optional feature)

When enabled, web search queries are sent directly to Ollama's search API using the API key you configured. This feature is off by default and must be explicitly enabled per chat session. We do not see, log, or store these queries.

App Store diagnostics

Apple and Google may collect anonymised crash logs, performance diagnostics, and device identifiers through their standard App Store and Google Play infrastructure. This collection is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy respectively. Mission Credible Inc. does not receive or have access to individually identifiable data from these systems.

Third-party services and advertising

Ollama Mobile is free with no ads, no in-app purchases, and no advertising network of any kind. We do not use third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking libraries. There is no advertising identifier, no ad SDK, and no mechanism to serve or track ads, because we will never run them.

This website is a static site; it does not set cookies, fingerprint visitors, or use any tracking scripts.

Age requirement

Ollama Mobile is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the App. If you believe a minor has accessed the App, please contact us and we will investigate.

Your rights under GDPR (EEA and UK users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, and erase personal data held about you, and the right to object to processing.

Because Mission Credible Inc. does not collect or store any personal data, there is no personal data in our possession to access, correct, transfer, or erase. All data you create in the App exists solely on your device and can be deleted at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information.

We do not collect, sell, share, or disclose personal information. There is nothing to delete, access, or opt out of. If you have questions or want written confirmation of this, contact us below.

Data security

Because we do not hold your data, we cannot suffer a breach of it. Your data's security depends on your device's own security model, device encryption, screen lock, and operating system protections. We encourage you to keep your device software up to date and to use a strong device passcode.

In the unlikely event that we discover a security vulnerability in the App itself that could affect user data, we will disclose it in the App's release notes and update this page.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date and note the change in the App's release notes. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
